Last updated: May 9, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SpudgerHQ website and software.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SpudgerHQ website and software.

By using SpudgerHQ, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or software.

We may update these terms from time to time as the product, pricing, billing, and legal requirements evolve.

Who SpudgerHQ is for

SpudgerHQ is software for phone repair shops and small repair-focused businesses. It supports workflows such as repair intake, repair tickets, customer records, checkout, inventory, and daily shop operations.

You are responsible for deciding whether SpudgerHQ is appropriate for your business needs.

Accounts

Some parts of SpudgerHQ may require an account.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Use the service only for lawful business purposes
  • Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission

Acceptable use

You may not use SpudgerHQ to do any of the following:

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, users, or our business.

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Access systems, accounts, or data without permission
  • Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the service
  • Upload malicious code or harmful materials
  • Misrepresent your identity or business
  • Use the service in a way that harms SpudgerHQ, other users, or third parties

Customer and shop data

You are responsible for the information you enter into SpudgerHQ, including customer records, device details, repair notes, tickets, inventory records, checkout information, and other shop data.

You are also responsible for obtaining any permissions, notices, or consents required to collect, store, and use customer information in your business.

Our handling of personal information is described in the SpudgerHQ Privacy Policy.

Beta and early access

SpudgerHQ may be offered in beta or early-access form.

During beta or early access, features may change, be added, be removed, or work differently over time.

The service may contain bugs, interruptions, or incomplete functionality.

Product direction may evolve as we learn from users and improve the software.

Beta access is provided to help users evaluate the product and help us improve it.

Pricing and billing

SpudgerHQ may currently be offered at no cost during beta. Future paid plans, billing terms, plan limits, and pricing may be introduced later.

Any applicable pricing or billing terms will be presented before paid charges begin.

Unless SpudgerHQ confirms otherwise in writing, beta access and beta pricing should not be treated as permanent offers.

Product changes and availability

We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue parts of SpudgerHQ over time.

We aim to provide a practical and reliable product for repair-shop workflows, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available, unchanged, or uninterrupted.

No professional advice

SpudgerHQ is operational software for repair shops. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or business advice.

You remain responsible for how you operate your shop, maintain your records, and communicate with your customers.

Third-party services

SpudgerHQ may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, communications, payments, infrastructure, or other operational needs.

Those third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies. SpudgerHQ is not responsible for services, systems, or content controlled by third parties.

Intellectual property

SpudgerHQ, including its website, software, branding, interface, text, and related materials, is owned by SpudgerHQ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms do not transfer ownership of SpudgerHQ or its intellectual property to you. They grant only the limited right to access and use the service according to these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpudgerHQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the website or software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpudgerHQ's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to SpudgerHQ for the service during the period giving rise to the claim, or, if you have not paid SpudgerHQ, one hundred U.S. dollars.

Termination

You may stop using SpudgerHQ at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, your use creates security, legal, or operational risk, or your account is used in a harmful, abusive, or unlawful way.

Termination does not limit any rights or obligations that should reasonably continue after access ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the last updated date above.

Your continued use of SpudgerHQ after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
